Navigation
Inertial navigation systems GNSS / INS for determination of parametres of outer image orientation is among our standard equipment. We are thus able to place the images precisely in space in time of their acquisition.
We use effective photography processes
The elements of outer image orientation describe the space relation between the camera, the image and the terrain. The outer orientation is made for finding the relation between the image coordinates and surveying coordinates. Information on the location of the camera and its orientation towards the terrain can be presently obtained for every acquired image with the accuracy of several tens of centimetres.
GEODIS BRNO makes use of three systems from the company Applanix, more concretely POS-AV 310, POS-AV 410 and POS-AV 510, for the direct parametre measuring of outer orientation.
The company ARGUS GEO SYSTÉM has 2 Aerocontrol systems from the company IGI. Thanks to that we can
significantly make the upcoming process of aerotrianglation more effective and reach maximal accuracy of determining
the parametres of outer orientation of particular mages.
GEODIS BRNO uses its own equipment for aerial photography.

Equipment: Analog camera RMK TOP 15/30. The photographying system is equipped with a forward motion compensation system, gyrostability platform, digital controls, rotate pulse shutter, signal registering moment of exposition of the aerial image with the accuracy of miliseconds. Camera RMK TOP 305 mm focus fulfills all requirements for aerial survey photography and enables you to please the orthophotomap market, especially on the territory of urban area and thus decrease perspective distortion (lean) of the buildings in the resulting orthophotomaps. We use the Mason navigation system for the imaging. The airplane is further equipped with the Applanix POS AV 410 navigational system with computers for the registration of inertial data and the airplane is also equipped with a 12-channel two-frequence DGPS car MiLLenium-Std. by the company Applanix.

Equipment: This airplane is standardly equipped with the most modern digital camera Microsoft Vexcel Ultracam –X or aaerial survey camera ZEISS RMK TOP 15. We use the Mason system for navigational guidance along the planned route; this program was completely created on the basis of longtime experience with aerial photography directly by our company. The inertial navigational system Applanix POS AV 310 is installed for the direct measurement of parametres for outer orientation.

Equipment: Is intended for small and medium formatted digital cameras and video cameras as well as the digital camera of own construction – GbCam – with objectives of 50 mm focus length and 40 million pixel resolution. This digital system enables vertical and oblique imaging, as well as photography in the zone close to infra-red. We use the Mason navigation system for the imaging and the inertial navigation system Applanix POS AV 510 with a computer for the rekord of inertial data. It fulfills tasks at low flight heights very effectively, especially when photographing line localities.

For aerial photography at low heights, but also for terestrial photogrammetry, we use a medium-format digital camera with objectives with 40 and 50 mm focus length. This digital system allows photography in the zone close to infra-red and almost corresponds to filming spectrozonal materials of type Kodak 2443.
We use all sorts of cameras in our airplanes.
