Digital Cadastre Maps
GEODIS BRNO is one the few companies in the Czech Republic that engages in the creation of digital cadastre maps. All in all, we have transformed 129 671 hectars of the territory of the Czech Republic into the form of Cadastre Map Digitalized (KM-D) and 14 541 hectars into the form of Digital Cadasstre Map (DKM).
Proprietary maps
More and more customers have approached us with the request to review their proprietary relationships and territory analysis of their interest in that point of view. We are able to offer these customers several possible solutions and the elaboration of the analysis of proprietary relationships in the form of so-called proprietary maps. In such a way, the customer receives the possibility of eg. specifying the propriety evidence or receive an overview of parcels, where the proprietary relations need to be clarified.

Surveying, or eventually demarking, is performed by our surveying teams, who use high surveying technology TOPCON.
The processing is performed by a team of experts with years of experience in the field of real estate cadastre with the knowledge of the specifics in all the necessary fields. The verification of the results of the surveying works is then performed by a group of authorised surveyors with COSMC certificates.
