INTERGEO 2011 Review

20. 10. 2011 — 17th annual conference and exhibition INTERGEO were held in Nuremberg from 27th till 29th of September. GEODIS BRNO had an exhibition stand at the fair again where visitors could meet with news and portfolio of GEODIS‘ activities. Most of the visitors were interested in mobile mapping system, the latest service of our company, its data outputs and practical use.

On the exhibition floor space of 28.000 square metres more than 528 companies from around the world exposed their products. This year's INTERGEO attracted 17,000 visitors from more than 80 countries. 70 percent of the trade visitors which came with a purchase intention waited quite consciously with their investment decision up to INTERGEO.

The exhibitors have more than confirmed the success of the event. In an initial research, 92 percent of the participating companies, institutions and associations stated that they had achieved their goals for the fair. During the conference, 1,500 participants used the 140 presentations and discussions on around 40 different topics.

Next year's INTERGEO conference will be held in Hannover, the capital of Lower Saxony, which is an important centre of industry, commerce and services. GEODIS BRNO certainly won‘t miss this event!
