20. 04. 2010 — GEODIS BRNO gained a grant for a project focused on a "Complex Mapping System" development. The project of 30 million CZK total budget was granted from Operational Programme Enterprise and Innovations - ICT and Strategic Services programme, second call.
The grant will support purchase of components for mobile mapping technologies development, including smart software solution and its business implementation. The project is divided into several phases starting this year and finishing in 2012. Grant allocation improves conditions for development of unique data acquisition methods, geographic data processing and interpretation, also helps to increase employment in the region.
11. 06. 2008 —
In 2010 the company GEODIS BRNO introduced the ČSN EN ISO 14001:2005 environment management system. The certification granted by TÜV SÜD Czech s.r.o. is valid until 2014.
