In 1991, the subsidiary GEODIS PHOTOGRAMMETRY was established and after the split of the Czechoslovakian Federation in 1993, two other subsidiaries were established – GEODIS SLOVAKIA in Banska Bystrica and GEODIS PRAHA in Prague.
With the dynamic development of the company, the expansion of business activities and the growing number of employees, the need for a company head office came into existence – in 1995 the building of the new head offices in Lazaretní 11a street in Brno was finished. The building was developed by the architectural office of Aleš Burian and Gustav Křivinka and received the GRAND PRIX in 1995.
With the merger between GEODIS BRNO and GEODIS PHOTOGRAMMETRY in 1995, three departments have been created in the new company – Sales, Geodesy and Photogrammetry. This internal structure remains to the present day.
The orientation towards European markets and international clientele in the fields of cartography and photogrammetry was the main aim of the establishment of a mutual Czech-Portuguese company EGS, Ltd. It was established as a "joint venture" in April 1999 in the framework of the JOP program of the European Union.
In 1999, GEODIS BRNO was certified for the quality control system according to ČSN EN ISO 9001 by the German company TÜV Rheinland/Berlin-Brandenburg. In 2000, GEODIS BRNO vindicated the certificate ISO 9001 at the control audit and thus demonstrated the fulfillment of the given norm.
At the end of 2001, the biggest acquisition in the history of the company took place – the surveying part of the company GEODEZIE BRNO was bought and a new 100% subsidiary GB-geodézie, Ltd. was created. The group of companies controlled by GEODIS BRNO, Ltd. has so further strengthened its leading position on the market with surveying and photogrammetry services..
At the beginning 2002, an audit took place in the company, which successfully certified the new quality control system according to the new norm DIN EN ISO 9001:2000.
In 2005, GEODIS BRNO celebrated its fifteen-year-anniversary together with its business partners and employees.
Since 2005, an intensive development of the international acquisition has been taking place. The company has obtained many important commissions, e.g. photographing and processing of an orthophotomap of the territory of
Romania in the extent of 40,000 sqkm or the ASFINAG project, which includes the mapping of the complete network of Austrian highways. In 2006, a contract on the flood modeling on the River Jiu in Romania worth 6 million EUR took place.
2006 was also the year for establishing new subsidiaries in Romania and Bulgaria.
The company Geodis Ro was established, focused on the sale of Topcon Positioning products on the Romanian market. GEODIS has obtained the exclusive rights for Positioning in Romania.
The majority part of GEODIS Romania has been bought back in order to further develop surveying and photogrammetric services.
The same year the subsidiary GEODIS Bulgaria was established.
Obtaining the contract for the sale of Topcon Medical products in Austria brought about the establishment of a further subsidiary – GEODIS AUSTRIA.
With the acquisition of primary shares, GEODIS BRNO also became the owner of the company ARGUS GEO SYSTÉM, Ltd. in Hradec Králové, which strengthened its capacities in the field of photogrammetric photography from the existing three to five airplanes.
By the end of 2006, the purchase of the digital camera VEXCEL UltraCamX took place, a novelty in the technologies of digital imagery.
In 2007, GEODIS expanded into Western Europe – a subsidiary company named TopoGEODIS France.
