20. 09. 2007 — We offer our customers superior services and we are aware of the necessity of continuous improvement, which leads to further perfection of the processes in the company. Those processes are precisely defined and so is the responsibility for their apportionable parts.

Function of officially authorized surveying engineers

The quality of the surveying works, which are offered by GEODIS BRNO, is defined by observing the regulation of the law no. 344/1992 Sb. and the regulation no. 190/1996 Sb. on the verification of works by pre-eminently authorized surveying engineers according to §13 statute no. 200/1994 Sb. on surveying in it’s valid wording.

12 officially authorized surveyors are currently working at GEODIS BRNO.

Seven of them have a license according to the letter A (verification of the plat map, copy of the plat map, elaborated allotment plan, new collection of geodetic information for the land registry and the documentation on plot demarking).
Nine surveyors have a license according to the letter B (verification of the documentation on the constitution, renewal or transfer of the point of the triangulation station and on the sight of surveying subjects, which are the content of the basic mapping publications for the needs of surveying and cadastre authorities).
Six surveyors have a license according to the letter C (verification of geodetic base for construction, documentation on the surveying grid, documentation on the staking-out of the spatial position, size and shape of the building for the purpose of constructions and on the supervision on the adherence to its spatial position and geodetic part of the documentation real execution of the building, which includes geometrical, positional and elevation specifications of the finished building or technological equipment).
One employee of the company received the attestation of professional competence as a main mining surveyor.

ISO 14001:2005

In 2010 the company GEODIS BRNO introduced the ČSN EN ISO 14001:2005 environment management system. The certification granted by TÜV SÜD Czech s.r.o. is valid until 2014.

ISO 9001:2001

In 1999, the quality management system according to the standard ISO 9001 was introduced into the company, certified by the German company TÜV Rheinland/Berlin-Brandenburg.
In 2004, GB-Geodézie Ltd. also introduced and successfully certified the quality management according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2001 as the second member of the GEODIS GROUP.
In 2007 GEODIS ROMANIA S.R.L. allowed the company IQ Net to introduce the quality management system according to ISO 9001:2000 and has thus become the first certified subsidiary company.
After regular audits, the company is currently holder of quality management system ISO 9001:2009.
