3D model budov

Since 2001, our company regularly updates 3D model of buildings throughout the territory of Prague - 114 cadastral territories, area approximately 5 000 hectares.

The update process begins in the stereophotogrammetry department, where geometric elements such as building shapes, roof overlaps, and other 3D structures are restituted from updated aerial images. Further, bridges and three categories of vegetation (solitaires, alleys, and forests) are added to the model.

This dataset is later processed in CAD department. Semi-automatic method for 3D object creation is applied and features are connected to a database (feature ID, plot identification number, etc.). The database-linked model is exported to a format required by a client.
